its cold.
Hello everyone!
Well… it’s cold. Really cold. And honestly, that’s the headline for today.
Across Michigan, daytime highs are topping out in the 30s, with a few spots in the southern part of the state managing to sneak into the low 40s. The upper peninsula also sees some 40s.
But the real story is the lows, most areas dipped into the 20s overnight, and some locations, especially farther north inland, even fell into the teens. If you haven’t felt it yet, trust me… you will. Winter is making itself known.
As of 9:51 AM, we also have some mixed precipitation moving through portions of southern Michigan. It’s nothing major, but worth mentioning, a blend of rain, snow, and possibly a few pockets of sleet are passing through. It may create some brief nuisance-level travel issues, but widespread problems are not expected.
On the bright side, there is no severe weather threat anywhere in the state today. No thunderstorms, no high winds, no big systems. Just a quiet, chilly November day.
So yeah… not a ton of exciting weather happening right now. But that’s what comes with doing daily updates, some days are calm, some are chaotic. Today just happens to be one of the quiet ones.
Hope you all stay warm out there, and have an amazing day!
